Sapura Resources Berhad is an investment holding and property investment company. The Company’s segments include investment holding, property investment, and business aviation. The investment holding segment consists of equity investment, including group-level corporate services and business development functions. The property investment segment is engaged in the rental of investment properties. The business aviation segment is involved in the provision of hangarage services, ground handling, aircraft management, engineering services and other aviation related services. It owns and manages approximately three properties in its portfolio, which includes a 10-storey office building at Sapura@Mines with an office net lettable area (NLA) of approximately 260,000 square feet (Sapura@Mines); warehouses and offices with an NLA of 166,000 square feet at Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya (Jalan Tandang), and commercial showroom building with an NLA of 46,000 square feet at Jalan 219, Petaling Jaya.
