Shidax Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of food service, vehicle operation service and social service. The Company operates through three business segments. The Food Service segment is engaged in the provision and management of cafeterias of companies, government offices, schools, the contract management of meals for hospitalized patients in hospitals and the provision of meals at geriatric health facilities, and the sale of ingredients used in the restaurant industry. The Vehicle Operation Service segment undertakes outsourcing of vehicle operation management operations from private companies and local governments. The Social Services segment handles the management and operation of after-school children's clubs, kindergartens, school lunches, libraries, children's centers, and other facilities from local governments, as well as various outsourcing services from private companies.
