Heather Brooks has been Vice President of Program and Release Management for Rearden Commerce, Inc. since 2008.
Previously, she worked with eBay, Inc. Ms. Brooks was Senior Director of PayPal, Inc.'s New Ventures & Consumer Technology.
She held various finance, business development and engineering management positions at Halliburton Co. and Exxon Corp.
Ms. Brooks received a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from York University.
