Picanol NV is a diversified industrial group organized around 5 areas of activity: - manufacturing, trading and sales of fertilizers and crop protection products (27.4% of net sales); - manufacturing of weaving machines (24.1%): mainly air-jet and rapier weaving machines sold under the Picanol brand. The group also offers mechanical components (primarily moulded and machined parts; Proferro brand) and electronic systems (PsiControl); - production of animal by-products (23.4%): gelatins, collagen peptides, animal proteins and fats, etc.; - manufacturing of industrial systems (22.5%): water management and treatment systems, mining and industrial systems, etc.; - power generation (2.6%; T-Power). Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Europe (49.3%), North America (24.6%), Asia (19.5%), South America (3.7%) and other (2.9%).
