The Company has approximately five plots of 158,504 square meters, which include Centrepoint, Ovidiu (Oasis), Ovidiu Lakeside, Ovidiu Residence 3, and Balada Market. Its subsidiaries include Westhouse Group SRL, Balada Shopping Market SRL, and Westhouse Oasis Residences SRL.
