Its operations are conducted through four divisions: wowio.com, an online source for eBooks and eComics with available media content in a device-agnostic format; StudioW digital media, a production entity that creates online and off-line brand-expansion entertainment properties and programs for its content; Carthay Circle Publishing, Inc., which develops its catalog of new and original content to exploit across its various consumer-facing properties, and the technology development group, focused on revenue-generating technologies.
