The Other Business segment includes the real estate rental business, real estate management business, power supply business, construction and renovation business, real estate brokerage and purchase and resale business, detached house sales business, digital marketing business, accommodation facility operation and management business, real estate securitization business, apartment development and sales business, condominium and building cleaning business, and building maintenance business.
